I issued an instruction into the machine shop yesterday with the word quadruple on it. A guy has just been in asking me to explain it. I said think of it as two doubles or a triple plus a single :rolleyes:

Sometimes when I look back I wish I'd gone into a refuge when I left him, he wouldn't have any access to his kids at all then, we'd have all been given new identies and I wouldn't have to sit in a solicitors office going through mediation for nearly two hours listening to him telling me I am an unfit mother because I have a boyfriend, I like to go out clubbing sometimes, I'm on a course, I've had weekends away, our little girl had nits, our son had a patch of ezcema blah blah blah

He must be in a really bad place if all he can do is see fit to run me down and discredit me.

It still hurts though, still makes me feel small and unworthy. :-1

Boops, only just seen this, what a sad SOB, you are a fantastic mother, many people would have gone to a refuge, but the reason you didn't is because you put your children first, you wanted them to have their father in their lives, because as terrible as he was and still is to you, you wanted your children to know their Dad.

Even us Mums are entitled to have a life, many people, having been through what you've been through, would've given up, but I am so glad that you keep going, you are your children's best teacher, showing them that when you get kicked down you pick yourself up and carry on feeling a lot stronger.
