My son had Colic so I didn't really get to enjoy the first few months with so much crying. Jade is so much easier and laid back, I just adore being with her.

When I was down at San Antonio I had a craving for Starbucks. I think my hotel was in the Southwest part and I drove all around and ended up in the Northeast part. I did find a Starbucks and had to buy a map to find my way back to the hotel. Loved the Riverwalk later tho.

Euoooooo! I once made caramel using lard. I used half a bottle of walnut flavor to try cover it up and still had to toss it.

Best Chinese in Oklahoma City is near me. They use the best ingredients. YOu can tell cheap stuff by them using a lot of carrots and celery instead of water chestnuts and snow peas. I love the Kung Pao there.

I cook chinese sometimes and it really does cost a lot to go first class but its worth it. but ifyou find a good place that does use good stuff then thats the way to go. I like chicken almond ding and chow mein and sweet and sour pork.. I always get an egg roll with hot mustard and egg flower soup to begin then get entree. I dont care much for egg fu yung etc.

I do cheat a bit when I cook and use ginger paste instead of fresh ginger. Much easier. I use MSG too. Makes it taste better.

We got take out a few days ago and my daughter ordered it from a new place. It is a good example of what not to buy. Cheap cheap cheap.

There are some box kits you can but that has rice noodles and spices and you add bamboo srpouts and chicken. YOu cok the bamboo sprouts and stirfry the rest and add the noodles. Not too bad.

When I was very young and was put with an older man who did not smoke he kept me so busy I forgot to smoke. I did not even miss it until lunch time. so I only had like two a day at least at work. I was not even trying to quit.
