I was running late this morning at home, so took quiz when I got to work...the phones were quiet, the techs were leaving...so I thought I was in the clear...

WRONG!! The head tech gives me his cell phone with another tech on the line asking me about customers that called in needing service...OY!!:-5 :-5

So, I was all happy to see I only got 1 wrong...but time was pooooey!!:(
