I asked my brother once what he thought I'd do if I had a Ferrari.

Crash, he said.

The boys take great pics - they are so cute.

Where is the picture of car taken from - it has a Sailisbury Plains look about it?

Never been impressed by speed - just good, solid family saloons, like a Ford Granada, Sierra - anything solid with four doors. That's what probably saved my life back in February. Now I'm on the lookout for an old fashioned Mercedes 230E. or maybe a Volvo 244. Had I had a Lotus or anything low, I would have been beheaded.

Thought I'd found someone after my own heart, but then I looked at the picture - dash it all, that's a MODERN Corolla!! Mine is all of 13 years old, and has never let me down, and needed nothing spending on it except the annual service and MOT test - UNTIL ..................... Last week it failed the annual test, and it had so much wrong with it that it needed £700 to be spent on it. However ........ I trust my garage man (yes, I know that's rare!) and he assured me that if I had these things done, I would be back to troublefree motoring. So I've had it done, and things feel so much better now - you don't realise things are gradually going wrong when it happens so slowly, but I now realise what a sloppy car it had become. Now it has a new lease of life so .............VRMM!! VRMM! May my old Corolla keep going on and on ...............
