What do you listen to when you are working out?

I'm sick of my play list and I need some more ideas for gym music..

any thoughts?

Not that I actually work out much you realise, but for me you can't beat Bon Jovi.....I find it works best doin the house work lol!!!!

I started to respond to this three times last night...and chickened out...because the music I choose to listen to is old stuff like ...Rick James, Kool and the Gang, Cher...and stuff that has a good beat and gets me motivated...I'm a little on the Korny side...

This is what I feel like....

I love to listen to old Madonna songs while working out on my punching bag..
