happy st Georges day people

I'm always proud of my country and being English but today is extra special ,and in my local they are going mad for it the first time ever ,what are my fellow country men and women doing to celebrate our day :-6 :-6

HAPPY SAINT GEORGES DAY--------since all my ancestors on both family sides are of English heritage, I think I will celebrate as well.

Happy St Georges day to all the English cousins, make sure and get plenty of bitter in tonight, do a couple of hokey cokeys, and make sure and have a traditional fish and chip slap up afterwards, (god I love fish and chips). :-6

It's also the birthday of William Shakespeare, and as he died on his birthday, the anniversary of his death! Here's one of my favourite, blood stirring pieces from the bard.

Saint Crispin's Day Speech

from Henry V by William Shakespeare

No its Fuseli, he was Italian but he lived in London I think, so its kinda appropriate for St George's day. Its called "The Nightmare" I must admit I quite like it! :-6
