No this isn't Nomad. Nomad is much more attractive and probably wears tinfoil a lot better than this.

Joaquin Phoenix, the actor. He's the guy in the middle. One of my favorites.

I saw him when he made his debut in "Parenthood" with Steve Martin. He was the kid walking around with the big paper bag of porno tapes. He was "Leaf" Phoenix then. I remember sitting in the theater with my friend saying "that boy's gonna be a total heartbreaker." He was so cute. I see not much has changed. :-6
