Wow....do they get any warning about these sand storms? Like winds are high enough to produce them or anything?
I probably posted that in an ambien trance-soryy

Wow - I have not heard from a friend of mine just North of Bagdad - Was that near there? Sometimes they get put in black out - We have lost only 8 soilders..(way to many) from Iowa..But 3 have been from the 224th..where he is from..:( It gives my kids a sense of what war is when I show them how they live there - This just topped it off...When our friend was home - he told the kids of how he had his laptop and X-Box and that they ate well..My kids came to beleive it wasn't so bad there - this brought them back to the realization that it is not a picnic there.....

That is absolutely awesome and in some ways frightens me even more than the Tsunami.
