Ill be enjoying baby back ribs rubbed with subtle spices cooked slow and low in the oven then grilled to a sizzling perfection and basted with a sweet bbq sauce.

Accompanying the entree will be sweet cornbread dripping honey butter and a mustard egg potato salad and oven baked beans with bacon.

For dessert I will be enjoying a rich chocolate and walnut brownie with French vanilla ice cream.
