What plant / flower / tree are you?

Since this is a Garden, I was wondering what kind of plant / flower / tree you would consider yourself to be?

I'm a Pine Tree, Long-Needled Fir to be exact. Not only because I have 6 of them in my yard, (beautiful 30 foot ones, too!) but also because I'm evergreen, pretty, and smell nice, but I can poke you if you aren't careful. Also, every once in a while I drop a pine cone!

I'm a Peace Lilly. Doesn't require a lot of attention. You cannot kill it. It can look deathy ill, but come back strong. It usually just sits there with average looking leaves but on occasion has beautiful buds.

I guess I would be a bonsai. A bonsai thrives under structure. They typically don't grow out of control...I need structure and routines. I can sympathize with my autistic students in that regard.

Bonsai trees also take cuts really well. They get hacked...but continue to thrive and grow beautifully.

ARE YOU SURE YOU'RE NOT PAULA???? THAT WAS ALWAYS HER TYPE QUESTION!

(By the way, Christmas tree, wide at the bottom tapering off at the top)

Hmm well let me see....I guess I am a rose...a soft yellow one. Because I am pretty, soft, smell good and love to make people happy and go to all kinds of special occasions......however, like "pinetree", I can poke you so WATCH out (and treat me right!). Hee hee!! Oh--and by the way--my MIL is a cactus! OUCH! LOL

Ahhh...yes you are right! And did I jab her GOOD yesterday morning! (But she started it, I swear!) But guess what, remember that I am a SOFT yellow? That's right--I called her later and apologized/told her I loved her. UGH! If only she weren't a cactus....there would be some soft spots! LOL
