Ok, I get the occasional harrasing comment from Jimbo and YZGI, but no pms- guess I am kinda lucky!- minus the jimbo and YZGI comments- and I'm on alot more than you think!!! Sucker!

Absolutely! I think that people who backstab others have low self-esteem; by trying to discredit others, they make themselves feel better.

Even where I work (as part of the front office staff in a large psychiatric office), I just *know* that a couple of the women there roll their eyes at me when I'm really nice to the patients. My objective is to make patients feel comfortable and build a relationship with our office. A co-worker asked me if this 'eye-rolling' makes me want to change my behavior in any way. I replied, "Absolutely not! I am who I am and they can just go @#$%^&*!! themselves! :p
