I've had about 10 people in the last month comment that I've lost weight. I bought a shirt I really liked in Florida in 1999. I wore it once and decided to keep it for best. Trouble was that my stomach bulged out as it was quite tight-fitting. Athough I've been unable to wear it, I've never had the heart to throw it out, preferring to kid myself that one day I could wear it again. Well, yesterday was that day as the middle-aged gut, for now, seems to have reduced. I intend to get my moneys worth out of my reinstated best shirt.

Well I very rarely weigh myself so I couldn't put a figure to it, but I'm just going on what I & others can see. My jeans are looser and I've had to reduce my belt setting. I suppose I've been getting a little more exercise lately.
