The latter is a good question because I would love to visit alot of different times in history...I would like to go back to the point where life was evolving,..and I would also like to go back to the point of the dinosaurs...Ancient Rome...Medieval era...It's all interesting...

But if I had to choose one, I would probably choose the prehistoric era...Our life as we know it really isn't that far along compared to the history of the entire Earth...It only seems very much so due to all of the technological advancements and things, but if you think about it, the wheel could have been regarded in the same light...

Somewhere in the future the entire world will look back at this day and tell themselves that this was ancient history...When you think about that it sort of gives you a better perspective of the true nature of history,..as for the people whom lived in what we call history, isn't history to them at all.

Flan is a custard with hot caramel sauce poured over it. They serve it in the Mexican restaurants out here, as they do fried ice cream, which is a ball of vanilla ice cream rolled in cornflakes and deep fried in oil. The cornflakes get hot while the ice cream stays cold. They serve it in a big crispy tortilla shell. My favorite is apple cinnamon but they also have amaretto and chocolate sauce that they drizzle over it. Bummer I can't send one of those to you. You'd probably like it.
