Queasy, didn't get enough sleep, too late to go back now, haven't had breakfast and I hate mornings. Other than that I hope for a swell day.

My back and neck are killing me. I got out and excercised this weekend. I'm going to go to a massage therapist this evening. I hope it works...have big plans this weekend and they involve me standing and walking alot on concrete...need to get better!:-5
