Sorry buddy. Just been so busy here at work I hardly have time too post. I aint griping, just puts more in my pocket I reckon. It jsut took me 15 minutes to post this, getting interupted every few seconds with walk-ins or phone calls.

my only big regret is that i ever let my daughter end up with her mother if i could change that i would,she has had a terrible life ,but having said that she would probably hate me for not having known her mother ,i spoke to her last night she is so excited about coming over next month ,yup and its still snowing in ct :-6 :-6

thats hartford right ,my girl is about 20 mins from you in a car ,i cant say too much as i'm about as popular as poison ivy in a nudist colony with some people:D

Goodmorning Jimbo! Well I get to go to the gym again, just to go on the tread mill, better that nothing. The doc said I have to walk 4 miles a day moving my arms. He thinks the pain is muscler. I really think so too. Well I hope it is, do not want another surgery, two is enough. So, what's new in jimbo land?

i wont be on line so much my doc says i have to walk 5 miles a day .... by the end of the week i will be 35 miles away from my pc :wah:

yes buddy well spotted, i'm friends with a few of britons top mma stars ,they are lucky my hands all busted up ,or else i'd be beaten um up a bit:wah:

i've done a bit of cage training myself ,i used to run my own club , i notice you were using punch bags in an earlier thread, try the bas rutten thai boxing work out nothing else even comes close honest
