Anna Nicole's will: Son sole heir!!

In a surprising twist..it seems Anna Nicole never revised her will, and her son, Danny, who died in September is named as her sole heir. AND..due to some murky language, it seems it disinherits any future spouses or heirs. As it stands, her baby would get nothing at all, if the will stands. But, reports say that since she has no other living heirs, there may be some contesting going on here, on her baby's behalf.

Sad I truly home her daughter get it all that is as it should be she has no other children alive.

I agree, Carla. Because, depending on where she had the will drawn, the only other option would be that mom and sister (are there more siblings?) get it all, and I do know that for whatever reason she was estranged from them.

Did she actually ever get her husbands money? I seem to remember reading somewhere that his son was fighting her for it.

I always thought Anna Nicole was extremely unattractive in all the pics I saw, almost a cartoon character, but in the photo attached to the article with her daughter and Howard Stern, she looks really nice. Never thought I'd ever say that.

This shows how it's always worth looking at your will at regular intervals especially when there has been a change of circumstances regarding the beneficiaries. I suppose it was the last thing she felt like doing after the death of her son though.

Hang on, if he died before her, how can the contents of the will be meaningful?

The will would be meaningless if he was the sole beneficiary and no contingencies were in place. You always need to think of the What Ifs where a will is concerned.

I too always found her to be a caricature. Her speaking compounded the image with shudders.

My husband saw her once back in her Playboy bunny / modeling days. She was appearing at a car show. He, and others, found her to be rude, aloof and not at all pleasant. How sad.

There is a link to the will in the article. I did not go look. But, I may some time, as I want to see about the "murky" wording that does not allow for future children. My cousin is a lawyer, I may ask him about it some time.
