Mistake!

GAK! I made myself a protein shake with strawberries and thought a little peppermint flavoring might be nice..... NOT!

Now my shake tastes like Kaopectate :yh_sick

Ever done Anything like this?

Oh, Rain! Reading that, I can just HEAR your voice! I once thought to add some home-grown chilis to a rice dish and nearly killed myself! Turns out they weren't so "hot" when they were raw, but cooked--they approached the temperature of the sun!

Did you mix your mishake with milk??

Because that would explian the reaction with the mint.

You should just a raw egg in it and enjoy,if you need friut,Try a banana.

Yes! It was with milk, tater. I didn't even think of that. (blown away) I used protein powder (egg whites) and nonfat milk and fresh strawberries. Never even thought of the milk-vs-flavoring. Hmmm.
