It seems self indulgent sometimes but when I find a song that really expresses something I'm going through I listen to it over and over. It helps. Get's the emotion out so you can look at it then let it go.

How funny, that brought back memories, as a kid remember identifying with The "Captain Kangaroo" part in the song, I think that was the part would I sing out.
