Good for you Jimbo...I know it's hard...but in the long run it's the best!!

I want a cigarette so bad right now, something about friday eve....It's almost time to leave work, and I want a cigarette...I even tested myself today...went to the cigar shoppe that I used to buy my ciggs at...and walked in and said hi to the owners (we became friends, was in there every day to get a stinkin' pack!!)...and told her I quit for 18 days now!! and then RAN out of there as fast as I could!:driving:

i have not drank this year , that in itself is not too bad i never ever drank at home any way , its when you go out and every one says cheer up have a drink I'll buy it one wont hurt you, then after hearing it 50 times you start to think hang on maybe i am miserable , then you start to feel miserable , i have a mate who is in the same boat as me but he had to stop smoking and drinking ... he gave up for three days .He said life is not worth living if you cant have a fag (in the UK this means ciggy )and a beer , i thought wow you have two kids thats not good ,so stop drinking or the drink stops me its not a hard decision for me to make but even so it sucks :wah: :wah:
