And what's the feeling of the police about the "Adelaide Hills firebug?" Catchable?

Be careful my friend, its so nuts that people would do this, its obvious that the consquences are usually terrible, I hope that such people have the book thrown at them. Good god. :-5

Reminds me of the awful fire we had here about 4 years ago, started by some idiot and nearly burned down San Diego before it was over. Still areas here that haven't been built back up hundreds of lives and home destroyed that October..

Stay safe I hope they catch the person and soon. :-5

Sheeesh Diuretic!! 38 of our degrees officially in the conservative shade here today - and at nearly 10pm, it's still sizzling in Canberra. The freeway to Sydney was cut off for a while I heard round Lake George (a dry lake!) by bushfire. Bring on winter coolth.

You need to move to San Diego we never have humidty and every now and then in the summer we get a few 100 degrees Farinheit (sp) but most of the time it is perfect weather year around. :-6
I'm not a summer person - never have been really, once it gets over about 32c I've had enough thank you - and don't even mention humidity to me, that knocks the hell out of me. I've been to Darwin a few times, mostly during the dry but once during the build-up and it was yuck to the nth degree.
