I wouldnt be upset if I got a thank you PM. But, I guess the reaction would depend on the conversation you're having or had.

Hi Princess Nicky, I'm sure that it's ok and a genuine response to you. The problem with written communiction on the internet is that it can sometimes be difficult to understand the implied meaning of a message - after all, you don't have the visual signals to confirm your understanding of the tone of the message.

I cant imagine anyone getting upset if you thanked them, but like some people said maybe it wasnt the response the person wanted? or they thought u meant it sarcastically. Sometimes people just get the wrong idea about things.

I'm sure you did nothing wrong:)

I have gotten Thank You PMs from people and have not had an issue. Usually It was because I said something nice to them or about them in the public forum.

So, Nicky..go for it.:p
