I work at home now so I have FG on in the background all day... or night depending when I'm up. I check in every now and then. I'm online as often as I need to be. And too often to get all the housework done.

My hours are flexible at the moment, and I do spend a lot of time here cause it gets a bit addictive. I also end up staying up late talking to people as well, but its kinda nice so I thinks to meself, why not!! :wah:

I come on for 7 minute intervals.
I might do that 32 times in a 24 hr period.

Its different every day, depending on my schedule. I don't watch a whole lot of tv...some people watch 2-hours a night...so..lol! I may be here, or there..instead of infront of the tube.
I need the net to wake my brain up in the morning though, that's for sure!:)

I'm on more when I have a day off of work. But I usually get on for a couple of hours after work.
The poolhall's a great equalizer. In the poolhall, nobody cares how old you are, how young you are, what color your skin is or how much money you've got in your pocket... It's about how you move. I remember this kid once who could move around a pool table like nobody had ever seen. Hour after hour, rack after rack, his shots just went in. The cue was part of his arm and the balls had eyes. And the thing that made him so good was... He thought he could never miss. I know, 'cause that kid was me.

"More than I should be" seems to be the phrase of the day, doesn't it? Like most of the folks've said, I keep FG open while I'm working and check in if I see an interesting email notice.
I'm constantly delighted that I can chat with people all over the world...simultaneously.
Nicky, your children are growing up in an amazing world!

Hammy, you're not a complete innocent - what about the late night chats when I can't sleep hmmm........
But it is addictive. I'm self-employed too and when I should be book-keeping more often than not I'm here instead. Got a busier week this week though so shall have to limit my time here:-1
Bet I don't really

I have Fg on all day and pop in and out.
I set myself tasks like, go strip all the beds, sort some washing then have a coffee Fg break!
Now my little girl has started school I guess I'll be looking for a job.

I get to come on alot while at work, due to the flexability of my job. I am actually more able to get on while at work than at home.
Four kids? I commend the fact you give yourseolf some "me" time.

I rarely log off... but that doesnt mean Im sitting in front of the screen. I get up at 5am... sit here for an hour while I wake up with coffee.. and start the day off right.. smoking myself to death. And then, like many others.. I do some work.. take a break, and have a peek here. The computer used to be in my business, at the desk, and it was tough not to be addicted to FG. But I was for a year.

Oh its all good, I have not had any wine tonight, though I think hammy thinks I have!!!!
I think I am just sulking because I am not able to have a party with you girls, and have to talk about marmalade with spot instead. How are you tonight pinks, did you really go driving out for honey and yogurt? I know what thats like, I often end up driving off late at night for some nice cheese and crackers, or blue M&Ms.

I was watching this "dispatches" program about the what the British soliders are experiencing in Afganistan, it was very interesting, there were some Irish lads there as well, they are brave fellas and good fighters. On a completely different note, while I was flicking I noticed that they have put that actress who was in the spoof sit-com add for Daz into Corrie for real (well Corrie real).

Let me see, who do I know in corrie? There is Ken Barlow of course, then there is Deirdre something, that Irish lad from Boyzone is in it, or was in it, and there was some evil kinda guy who was married to that woman, erm Gail, I think. Now there is the woman from the Daz add in it as well, she has nice hair, I will say that for her. The pub is called the rovers return, and the Cafe is not in corrie is it, thats about all I know either. Ah well, if people like soaps I am all for it, its no harm, unless you start thinking its real of course, and start taking is personally when people have affairs and stuff. People get like that about shows like lost and star trek as well though, so its common enough. People are funny really aren't they?

Better than my rubbish electric one that stops every five minutes because it's jammed again:rolleyes:
You have a dell where you live, isn't a dell like a kinda hollow with a pond in it? Kinda cool. My friend had one (a lawnmower, not a dell), as he had a big house in county waterford and they kinda needed a big one, it was kinda brilliant driving it around chasing the rabbits, I can see the attraction (p.s. no bunnies were mowered in the writing of this post)!
