This surprises me...that styro is a litter problem. Out here our biggest offender is those ubiquitous Walmart bags everywhere. Blown up against fences, stuck in bushes, etc. :mad:

yea, but styro foam doesn't decompose or break down does it.....:confused:

I don't know offhand. I would think it would after some time, maybe a long time.
