LoveMama and Der Wulf. some of you may not remember them, but i am in touch with LoveMama and will try to get her back here. Der Wulf was so witty and funny and a great friend. i have reason to believe he fell very ill. :-1 i miss Philadelphia Eagle too. and Suresh Gupta. ...who do you miss? i am sure i will think of more.

skiing. on what.. only 42 trails open at the big K.. sigh.. depression ... alas...

Actually just finished another season swinging inthe rafters at the warehouse and am getting ready to start up my other gig... busy time of year for me..

Hopefully lots of snow will arrive in the near future..

BUT...

I am going tomorrow LC..

Mon... before all the weekend warriors get here an ruin the slopes..

I can't remember her name, but there was a girl on here who was having, was it a kidney transplant? I think her brother was the donor. I was thinking of her yesterday but couldn't remember her name. And although Clint did come back briefly, he seems to have gone again. I miss his posts.

Ah the olden days, yep a lot of people have come and gone over the last year. I miss quite a few people, but probably Far the most he was so much fun and always brought a smile to my face.

Suresh and I never saw much "eye to eye" but I miss ALL of these old members too. ESPECIALLY Der Wulf. He was such a blast, and an unashamed flirt. I didn't think he was very bad off either. I know he was having some troubles but nothing that should have kept him away. It would be great to see him here again. :yh_sigh

I don't believe that Nomad set out to intentionally upset Accadue.....looks like a 'mish mash' of words that have no real meaning...but I'm not a language expert, neither can I see inside Nomads brain.....I just have faith in him as a person.

I'm sure you're right, Bez, and Nomad meant well. However, what he said is no mishmash (well mishmash I suppose in its craftsmanship). It's extremely coarse street Italian which he is stating that Accadue pm'd to him. And it's not just the words, it's the cultural context. To use such expressions to a decent Italian woman, would be shockingly offensive. Did you see what Accadue replied?

Now that looks like self-effacing humor to me. That's what he posted she wrote to him. It's edgy, but it wasn't aimed at her, but at himself.
