I was at a Superbowl party once. I was on the couch with my shoes off enjoying a cocktail minding my own business when the dog of the house decided to vomit in my shoes.

That to me is happy stuff ! :-6

May I join in? I finally have some happy stuff too. :)

Yesterday I found a new doctor I like so far, got my pain medicine refilled so I can finally walk again without tears. Yesterday was a real pleasant day. Then to top it off, I got a call from my oldest buddy and we went into town to Lowes' (did I spell that right? The home improvement store) and then Hastings Books and then we stopped off at McDonald's and snacked and talked.

I was so relaxed and content and......happy.....! I hadn't felt this good in probably a year. It was the first real happiness I've felt since I lost my Mom. It was and is greatly needed. OH! My friend also gave me my Christmas presents! A GORGEOUS and BIG jewelry chest that is just stunning. Also, a cute Chia Herb Garden with six herbs! And a box of See's Soft Centers.

I feel very content and very loved. :)
