Tomorrow at around 3.15pm Eastern the Phillies will start their baseball season in front of 46,000 fans at Citizen's Bank Park - one of the nation's best state-of-the-art ballparks. My crystal ball tells me that it will be a great season for them starting off with a whitewash in the 3-game opener against the Washington Nationals. So good will they be that last season's exploits of the Red Sox in the World Series will fade into insignificance in comparison.

Wishful thinking? - certainly not!

By the way - what does 'deja-vu' mean?

Finally, deja vu means 'haven't we been this way before?' which just points to the eternal optimism we all have at the start of baseball season!

Philadelphia won't win the World Series! The Astros will! :-6

The Phillies won't win the division. Atlanta will as they always do. :rolleyes:

The Phillies won't make the playoffs. Their pitching will do them in. :wah:
