an Italian news agency has stated that the Pope's condition has deteriorated and that his blood pressure was "worryingly low". the Vatican has not commented.

the Vatican has now stated that the Pope has a very high temperature, a urinary tract infection, and has received last rites. he is being attended by doctors at the Vatican, not going to the hospital.

My God, Fox news just reported he is still alive! (and that the original report of his death was an error.)

ONN also says that while he is gravely ill and has blood poisoning, he is still alive.
