Hi All,

Babyrider should be back online, late Monday, or early Tuesday.

She has solved her confuser problem and should be talking with you all soon.

Bullet is doing as well as can be accepted. He get's really booooored and reads a lot. We are going to see him soon. Babyrider's son, Juniorrider, will go with us in late December to help Bullet celebrate Christmas.

We go to court Monday to hear motions, and the trial starts December 13th

One motion to be heard, is the dirt bag lawyer, is trying to kick out the breathalizer results, that make this puck a three time loser. Babyrider and I will keep you posted.

Merry Chritmas to All

hi Don...i hope your holidays are good ones with the best present of all! .............as to the defense lawyer...that is the ONLY tactic they have in the face of a breathalyzer, to debunk it vis-a-vis it's accuracy. the judge has heard that codswollop a thousand times. is it jury trial or bench trial? love to Criss, linda

Thanks so much for the update! Good news just in time for the holidays. Judge or jury...I'm hoping the SOB goes to prison forever! And I still fantasize about all of us sitting in the courtroom....giving him the evil eye!

there's an old adage...if you have a case you can't win, opt for a jury trial. they can be bambozzled. if you have a case you can't lose, go with a bench trial because the judge knows the law and has heard every tactic there is. in this matter monday, it will just be a judge ruling on the motion. when it comes to trial, defense gets to decide which it will be, judge or jury.

Is Bullet in jail? How sad for BR. I'm sorry I didn't keep up. I wish the best for them.

Great Paparider, thanks for the update.

Getting back on here will be good for her. Let's see:

1. Getting ticked at trolls will get her blood flowing

2. Laughing at Nomad will help her abdominal muscles :D

3. Typing will help with dexerity

4. Reading and typing--hand eye co-ordination

5. Reading and retelling some of the great jokes here will help her memory

Good goggly, I just can't find a downside! :wah:

Tell her we're looking forward to seeing her again :yh_hugs

Me, too...funny, even though her accident happened within a few weeks of my joining here, I felt as if I "knew" her very easily. She's that way!

Many thanks for your update Don, and looking forward to seeing Criss again.

How is she coping with life? Is her health improving still?

I have every faith that he drunk will get his just deserts - then we can concentrate on getting justice for Bullet.

I digure if anyone should bump this thread, it should be me. It's BR here, under a new name because I can't access my BabyRider account. I've tried requesting for a new one, 3 times, and nothing I do works.

Anyway, I wrote to Tombstone for help, and until then, I'll use this profile.

Again, you guys blow me away with your kindness. I've got LOTS of hugs to catch up on!!! :-4

Well, I try not to let that dictate how I feel about this place in general...

There will be disagreements almost anywhere you go, but I try to accept that as a mere differentiating opinion as opposed to taking it personally...

Very well said, K. And you're right, anywhere you go you can see disagreements, but there is no way to really handle them here. In RL, you can slap someone around, kick 'em in the ass....corporal punishment....I'm all for that! :yh_rotfl :yh_rotfl

Hi Criss, it truely is great to see you back on the board. I hope you're still picking up both physically and emotionally after the accident (and looking forward to that drunken bastard getting his just deserts).

(Hope Tombstone gets your real username back up and running - BR fits you after all this time)

As to the troubles in the Garden last weekend, sad as they are, it's not the first and, sadly, it won't be the last time - too many hidden agendas that should be left at the front door. Best to work round it and let them get on with making fools of themselves.

We hear you managed to see Bullet! That must have been a real boost - our thoughts are still with the fight to get justice for him.

God speed and best wishes.

Babyrider's Dad again,

As the Christmas season approaches, I look at things that I can be greatful for. Babyrider being alive and healing is at the top of my list. Followed by the humble feeling I get when I think about all the support she got from far and wide.

Packages from Texas. Trips from the UK. Many, many beams. Questions about how she was and is doing. The love and caring I saw and Babyrider recivied, are truly, truly, humbeling. Words alone cannot begin to be enough.

Thank you all, and Merry Christmas.
