There could be a multitude of valid reasons that he doesn't want to discuss. Maybe your exhusband had a few intimidating words for him? Even if he doesn't want you back it is generally not cool to sleep with your lover's friends. They usually take great offense. That is a possibility. There are many others.

Go solo for awhile and learn how to enjoy yourself, by yourself. Time will show if that other love is meant to be, or another love may be waiting for you in the future--someone who also wants children. :-6

Welcome to the Forum Garden. A little advise, don't sleep with your ex's friends and don't sleep with your friend's ex's. It's just wrong. Next piece, move on. L8r, Bullet

[QUOTE=schmutzeee]I'm new to this site so I just want to extend a hello to all members.
I am wondering if someone would be able to offer some advice on my problem.
I am recently divorced (July/04). I had separated from my ex-husband back in 2002, but the divorce was finalized back in July. The reason for the divorce after 11 years, was because my ex didn't want to have a family., so, I ended up going out with one of his friends who did want a family, when my ex-husband found out, let me just say that it all resulted into an ugly mess. My ex-boyfriend broke off our relationship after 2 years for no reason, in the sense that his reasoning was out-to-lunch...We broke up May/04 and I have not spoken to him since the first week in June/04. I confess, I still love him and as such I have thought about writing him a letter explaining how & why things happened the way they did and that my feelings for him have never changed. Please advise me on what I can do...Is there any hope left? How can someone totally erase their feelings of so-called love?
Hello fellow canuck nice to see some more of the red leafy type here in the garden. My advice, put yourself in the others' shoes and think about what you would feel and how you would want things to happen. As well as mentioned above enjoy your time alone it ain't so bad. And take time to find love or let it find you cause if you get desperate about it you become very lonely and and very desperate. Put yourself in the shoes of your past loves and think about the situation and go from there.
New to divorce here as well and believe me being alone is tough at first but then you know what, you only got you to answer to and you can come and go as you please and hey life becomes rather fun. You find your own self and presto it is easier to find another after that.

Hello Smutc...shultzzzz.....umm...Hello! Welcome to the Garden! You know, i think you will enjoy some space for a while. I was unmarried for 34 years and sometimes I long for the days when I had only myself to worry about. There's a kind of freedom there. But I know what you're talking about, it's very difficult to end relationships. Remember this, though, and I've found it to be more and more true as I've gotten older...
