What is your purpose here?

Me too Patsy. i have always been the caretaker and the one everybody leans on. always. from my parents on up. everybody looks for me when they are in trouble. My neighbors, all the kids i know. i have had so many come here and follow me around just to talk. Esp. teenagers. They want me to listen and not judge and give them a positive feedback which i always do. Sometimes it scares me to know if i say the wrong thing i could be dramtically changeing how they feel about themselves and the decsions they make. I think my purpose has always been kids. mine and all the others i touch.

aside from my mention of raising good kids to send into the world...i'd like to think my career useful.

I believe I am here for a reason, sometimes feel just existing...but know better. I've been told that I'm too nice, too forgiving and too giving of myself, I usually am last on the list of "people to take care of"....I love children and believe strongly in encouraging them even in the little things of life...they become BIG things later to them...I love life even with what it throws me, and trust me I've gotten enough curve balls in my lifetime already, but a friend just said yesterday...and we've heard it before...when you think you have it bad, there is someone out there in the world has it worse. I have alot to be thankful for, and have to remind myself that on a daily basis.
