Person A built up a company for the second time finding Person B work all over the U.S. in construction. Person B owes Person A a % of the income that Person B has recieved from the work that Person A has landed him. When the check comes in Person A is supposed to be paid right away and shouldn't wait for his money. Person B didn't listen to Person A and went out of town and spent the entire check on expenses to survive leaving Person A with a 0 in his pocket while still owed a K. Now Person B is late on paying Person A and with other invoices turned in Person B owes Person A a total of 5 K by next Friday and Person A doesn't even like to be owed a K. Person C makes an entrance who used to work with Person A before Person D suddenly passed away, the original owner of the company, and made Person A an offer. But Person A is considered someone that is loyal and hates to turn his back on people especially when it comes to Person B who was Person D's brother. Now Person A is in a situation where if he stays with Person B then he'll be owed a total of 22 K before the end of 1/07 which is fine but it's the matter of having the cash in hand. Or, he could go with Person C who will be able to pay up front alot of the time but it will be starting all over again for the third time and frankly Person A is tired of doing that. If Person B finds out that Person A is doing work with Person C then he can kiss the contracts goodbye that was landed because Person B would be an ass like that.

So what is Person A supposed to do? Option C would be to take a gun and rob both Person B and Person C and move to Hawaii drinking Crown Hooters but Person A knows of the chance of jail and he's been there done that and HATES stories told for the millionth time and small areas.
