We are going to Rick's daughter in law's place. She has decided not to do the traditional turkey dinner and go for a full German menu. Sauerbrauten and all German food.

Oh, and by the way, and before you ask, she is not German, so I do not know why she got this in her head.

Rick is thrilled though, as he loves German food.

I dunno. :D

I mentioned before that we're pretty spontaneous when it comes to holidays...I cook or we spend them with friends or we just go out to eat...depends on what we're doing and how we feel at the time. :-6

I will be spending the day cooking up a turkey and all the stuffing, with pumpkin pie for dessert! And digging out all the christmas stuff, and just basically being thankful for all the wonderful and amazing things in my life!

Then calling all my loved ones who are celebrating the same thing on the other side of the atlantic.
