In the immortal words of Gary Glitter, Hello, hello, it's good to be back.

Had a busy but pleasant break. A few days of rain but c'est la vie as French visitors to Italy are often heard to say.

Visited Pompeii, went to the top of Mount Vesuvius without having a miacardial infarction (just about), went to Naples which is the busiest place I've ever been to and also to the Eternal city which was amazing. Laura loved it too. Here's a few pix from the 490 taken. The pic at the top of the volcano shows Naples through the haze. The Colloseum and Vatican need no intro. The Pope says hello. :-6
