Looks like my exciting weekend will include:

1. Mowing the lawn

2. Tilling a new flowerbed for Ghenghis Kahn er ah my darlin wife

3. Taking the dog to the "bark park".. (should be the highlight)

My fiance and I started chatting online exactly 3 yrs ago today! On October 2 (3 yrs ago), we had our first date, so we will be celebrating this weekend - we have designated this weekend as "our" weekend. We are going to dinner tomorrow night to the very same restaurant we dined in 3 yrs ago (we do this every year) and we will be spending Sunday up in Cedar Key (which is a couple of hours northwest of here)! I'm so excited (because our alone time is limited).

I am still living each Saturday night as SATURDAY NIGHT! Not just another TV program night. I am doing this while I still can. Maybe I do drink a little too much, get loud and tell jokes with more than a sprinkling of profanity. I run with scissors. I am considered a threat by some. I am not welcome at the county club. My dog flunked out of obedience school because I was not a good example. I am older but not a role model. I am one of the people your parents warned you about. I love you and you know who you are. Can I drink you a buy?

Fall colors seem to be getting here at last so it may be time to head into the mountains with the camera and see what I can find.
