Post by AntiRider »

Hello All. I spent some time with BR and MamaRider today. I printed some of your messages and read them to BR and she seem pleased with her FG Family and all of the support. I told her she would have plenty of catching up to do once she feels like it with all the messages on the thread. She wanted me to tell you thanks and that she hopes to be on line soon. The plan as of today is for her to go home with MamaRider next week Wednesday or so. She will continue to get therapy three times a week until she gets her strength back. She looks better every time I see her. Keep the prayers, candles, and beams coming. I am sure they have been a big factor in her progress! Thanks to all!!!!

WOW! WONDERFUL NEWS! Going home? This means huge progress and I'm all teary-eyed, thinking of how happy her family will be, getting her back among them!

I'm glad, too, that she'll be able to read all our cards and wishes and that'll make her happy!

Thanks for the update Auntie, it's wonderful news to hear! Finally going home on Wednesday, wow, Criss sure has been hospitalized for such a long time now. Most likely it will immensely raise Criss' spirits for her to finally go home, I know it will/does ours!

There's no place like home!!!:-4 (Sounds like Dorothy :D )

The sole perk of private hosptals is that the beds vibrate, I thought that was common knowledge. What BR's going to make of this thread in a few days is anyone's guess. Hi BR, you're finally reading this a week from now? Well done! There's a lot to go through, isn't there.

I feel sorry for BR when she gets back:

1) She is going to have like 5000 PM's to read and reply to!

2) This thread alone has over 125 pages

3) There at least three other threads with MANY pages dedicated to her that she has to read

4) She has to listen to Nomad talk about her sex life in the hospital

5) She has to listen to us worry to death about her getting on that damn bike again!

I feel REALLY sporry for her now!!:D :wah:

All tho I read this every day I know I haven't posted much. But seeing the words "Coming Home" is the best thing in the world I could here about Criss. I know from experience that being at home helps you get better even faster. I'm thrilled to see this great news. Hope to hear from BR soon. Still sending prayers.

PS> Hi Nomad. Glad to see you still alive and well and as wonderfully funny and sarcastic as ever. Missed you.

Everyone seems to think so, but if she's going to be back online and her usual self again I think we should ask for another week's grace at least.

No more blood pressure cuffs and injections and temperature-taking! No more being awakened to be given a pill! No more noisy people chattering in halls! She'll be able to really, truly SLEEP!

I'm delighted! This really IS the end of the beginning!

Cereally, how long before I can torment her ? Can I jump right in or do I need to soothe her then torture her ? Is there a standard way of dealing with these things ?
