Keep a detailed diary, my doctors have fobbed me off over the years telling me food allergies don't exist, they are in my head.
Over a year ago I was diagnosed with a wheat allergy but I believe I'm a Celiac, I'll never get the diagnosis of it though because its too late now.
Did you go anywhere nice on holiday?
