For instance, cajun fried cabbage. You fry a few slices of bacon then set them out and leave the grease. Yo fry the cabbage in the bacon grease then when its brown you cruble the bacon and add it back and a half cup or water or more if you want and add some cayenne pepper then put a lid on it and simmer for about 15 minute until tender. I have found that my favorite, jambalaya, is so much easier to make using a mix called Zatarains. JUst as good as adding all the ingredients yourslf and making a roux.

I've been on hold at British Telecom for over an hour and a half but a lady keeps apologising for the delay which is nice :rolleyes:

I keep thinking if I hang up, some operater somewhere will be going "Hello....hello...is anyone there?........"
