It is possible to lead a cow upstairs but not downstairs. Now the real question regarding this tidbit... why would you lead a cow up or down stairs? :wah: This does lead into another little known bit of information... does anyone know why there are spiral staircases in firehouses?

If you want to mooove a cow I hope you don't fall lest it follow your descent.

My guess would be that firehouses use spiral staircases because they flow straight down to the ground so as to save space. If they used a staircase that went at....say....a 45 degree angle, it would take up significantly more room as opposed to a 90 degree angled staircase.

No
It had crossed my mind, but seeing as how I dropped out of high school I cannot. Funny how how you can be a police officer with a GED, but you cant be a fireman. This logic confuses me.
But that doesn't mean I wouldn't slide down a pole for you...:yh_giggle

I drove ten hours to go see Betty Boop!
3 hours is nothing for me. (Would it be two if I drove at normal speed for me, lol!)
I even got chatting to a pilot who was going to Dayton that day, I could have hitched a lift!:D

Actually it would be about 3 hours if you drive the way I drive....I don't speed excessively, however I always drive about 10-15 miles an hour over the speed limit...
Don't matter what the speed limit is, If i'm not going over by atleast 10-15, I get bored rather easily....besides, around where I live the speed never reaches above 65....and that seems like a snails pace to me
(And I haven't even raced my race car yet -- I cant wait)

Yes I know, what I mean is, how do you get a slang term from a word that means a pregnant goldfish?
What I am guessing is something to do with the level of inteligence associated with a gold fish in particular.....just that the whole pregnant thing threw me off...
