We get this show over here on sattelite, I have to say that not a lot of American comedy makes me laugh but this has me falling down. You have to check out Lt Dangle and his cronies. Any show that has policemen beating up mime artists has got to be good

I love that show! The first time I saw it, I had no idea what was going on, so I stared at the tv in complete shock. LOL.
I like to sit and watch it, trying my best not to laugh...just to see how long it takes me to burst out laughing.
My favorite episode (though I haven't seen many) is where the dorky female cop dates the serial killer. She says, "We haven't used the L word yet. But the other day he said that he would cut off my head and eat it if I ever needed it. That's love." :wah:

So you don't prance about in short-shorts? When he strikes a pose, it's just hilarious!

Between you and I and the entire internet, I don't have the legs for it either. LOL.
Is that the one where they find the dead body, and they all line up like a parade when the FBI comes?
Did you see the one where he's caught by a fellow officer hanging out with gay male prostitutes? He pretends he is undercover.
I'll have to check my tv guide and see when this show is on. I'm in the mood for more episodes.

That is true Jives, The snappiest US writing for comedies tends to be the observational type, Friends, Cheers etc, like em or not they are well written, Us Brits tend to be better at just taking the P**s out of ourselves and Reno 911 is just this, and the Mocu-mentary hand held format is great.
I am not sure if you get it in the US but i would be very intersested if anyone has seen "Little Britain" or "The Office" (the UK version with Ricky gervais), what do you think of them?
