That's why I say don't do it. It would make for much less "product"

since the livers would be smaller... and pate would go way up in

price. That's fine, those who want it can pay that price.

Ban the force feeding, not the foie gras.

That would take it back to a more reasonable level with other animals

we eat and other things we do to them...

The whole thing is just disgusting! Disgusting that they would force feed the animals, and disgusting that people actually eat a fattened liver. Oh, how gross!

I don't eat much meat anyway and I LOVE veggies so I never really miss it when I'm in vegan mode....:-6

there's a burger place here that does a really good grilled mushroom burger....:yh_drool ...now I want one!

I don't even like cow or chicken livers, no way in hell I'm gonna touch a duck's liver either.

And I agree it's cruel to force feed an animal just so you can have a nice fattened liver.
