What is the explanation for this?

Post by RedGlitter »

Hi Onsekiz,

There are those of us who believe everyone has an internal sense. With parents and children this is especially strong because of the incredibly stong bond parents and kids usually have. Some may attribute it to ESP (extra sensory perception.) Some may have a religious answer for it. People who study such things say we all have a sixth sense, it's just that not all of us are open to it, nor have all of it worked to develop it. :)

You always hear of how twins have that bond, where they ae somehow connected. I think the same goes for parents.

What's the explanation? Random coincidence. How many times has your father called home and everything was fine? How many times has a friend called and asked, "Hey, are you OK? I was just thinking about you," and you said, "Sure, I'm fine!"

We don't remember those, but we DO remember the odd coincidences.

Quantum physics may accept it but the physicists do not yet understand it. Read some of Q Ph. it may help.

How ofter has he 'phoned saying something bad was going off? Unlikely to be many and would be remembered if wrong.

Whilst I agree that selective memory accounts for many of these reports and coincidence for others that's cannot be the whole story.

J. B. Rhine did a lot of research at Duke University and was getting some very surprising results before the funding dried up.
