I know it's daggy, but it has a party atmosphere in which the singers take turns adding their bit like posting on a thread. Hearing it always elevates my mood.

But I'm with rachelg- "With a Little Help From My Friends" is a much better choice (Not the Screaming Lord Sutch version).
