I know there aren't many old foggies about here like me that can go way back to the late 1950s and 1960s. What ever happened to Pat Boome, Marty Robins, Neil Sedaka, The Temptations, Four Tops, Don McLean,Peggy Lee, Fats Domino just to mention a few?
Where are they all now. I can still twist again, like we did last summer :guitarist

Well, for sure Marty Robbins is Dead and I'm not too sure about Peggy Lee and Don McLEan. PAt Boone has been around once in awhile, but not singing. He's married to Red Foley's daughter and I think it may have been a C & W affair.
the others are around, we just don't get the good stuff anymore.
How about Les Paul and Mary Ford They were hot for awhile; had a BIG ONE that I knew I'd never forget that :wah: I can't remember the name of it!!!
And Keeley Smith!!
Toomany to mention!! HAve to dig out the 45s :-6

At the gift stores in Death Valley National Park, they sell a CD of Marty Robins' western songs and gunfighter ballads. I got it. It's excellent!
Look what the cat dragged in.

Heh. You haven't lived until you've heard Pat Boone's covers of Heavy Metal greats: Amazon link.
What that man does to Metallica's 'Enter Sandman' should be considered a crime

In 2004, Pat Boone had a guest appearance on "Hannity & Colmes" playing himself. From what I've read, he did a rock album (can you imagine?).
Neil Sedaka will make a guest appearance in sitcom "Jake in Progress". He is working on a musical comedy tentatively called "Stupid Cupid"., set to open July 15.
Peggy Lee died in Jan., 2002 from a heart attack at the age of 81.

I was going to say the last time I saw Pat Boone, he was dressed in leather with a spiked dog collar on, standing beside Alice Cooper (who was looking at him like he'd lost his mind) on an awards show for music. :guitarist
