Hi, I've just joined, this looks like a nice place to chat, have only joined computer advice sites before so am looking forward to being able to talk about other things, quite inexperienced with these sites but will give it a go, from what I've read you all seem like a good bunch.

I like plenty of sports and active stuff but as I'm presently off work with a hand injury am fairly limited so will be nice to make some new friends.

Well enough for now, hope to speak to you all soon

Hey everyone

Thanks for the welcome.

Nearly couple of weeks ago managed to dislocate my thumb, would like to be able to say I did it snowboarding or something cool, but I just fell really spectacularly, hopefully back to work in about 2 weeks but am managing to sit in the sun and relax quite well so not all bad!!

Wish I was that talented! I hurt my left hand but as I'm right handed am managing to get by, just slower...

Hi ArnoldLayne, I'm 36, single since last year, and my ex is a total Floydhead so I've seen Roger Waters in London and it was fabulous. Not feeling too good at the moment because it was a good friends funeral yesterday (he was 38) so think I'm gonna go home to my family for a few days (I moved away to be with Floyd guy!), this has to be the longest reply it's taken to write - keep putting stuff then deleting - quite spun out after yesterday, best leave it for now

Your ex is a floydhead ? I dont know what that is exactly but it sounds horrible ! The affliction must have been very hard on you. Blessings.
