Such a horrible case, I cannot imagine it. I think she needs to be in the mental hospital a very, very long time. And not released. It is just too abnormal.:-1

Her husband should be held accountable for not giving his wife the help she needed. You cant have severe delusional phsycosis and no one notice. Geez! This case really chaps my hide!!

Actually, he had her in a few different hospitals. They wouldn't hold her. He didn't want her released. So, he had his mother come over every day, around 10 to help with the kids & keep an eye on her, because the husband didn't trust Andrea. It's just that Andrea did this before the mom got there that morning. VERY SAD!

She needs to be locked up in an institute for the criminally insane. No doubt the woman is nuts. So is Scott Peterson. Anyone think a man who drowned his five kids would have got the same verdict?

I wasnt aware of those facts. Wow. Anyway, as cliche as it sounds, I just get angry at this because if I could have been there to take them all...

My husband and I have been trying for years to have our own children so stories like this make me sick to my stomach.

It doesnt read to me like she got off. She will be locked up and monitored. Society will be spared from her. I suspect she is very sick and that was the verdict. Her husband concurred, he stated that she was worse now than before and would most likely need care the rest of her life.
