Once, when flying over the Alps, I saw a rainbow that was C shaped as opposed to an upside down U. I didn't even know that could happen

Unc' my daughter and I once saw a rainbow that encircled the whole sky, horizontally-this was after an intense thunderstorm and the sun was coming out. We just stood there with our motuhs open, amazed at the beauty of it.
