Nostalgia attack!
For some unknown reason, I got to thinking about those little cereal
boxes you used to be able to get... individual serving size (for kids) and
they had the perforations on the front so that you could open up 2
little "doors", pour your milk right in (wax paper lining) and eat.
I never played with dolls that much but those cartons were great to
use as a little doll "wardrobe"... just yank out the wax paper and you
could put stuff in there and close the "doors"!
Anybody else remember these?

Haven't gotten close enough to look... but I think now they just

You bet I do, Val!
And I still buy them occasionally so I can grab a box for a quick sugar high :p
They're great! (as Tony the Tiger would say)

My cousin took mine, stretched it out, and then tied it into a knot.

I used to love eating cereal out of those little boxes!
I still have a slinky, etch-a-sketch, and Mr. Potato Head
........for the kids of course!
And Operation was one of my favorite games ever! No wonder I never played with dolls...there were so many cool toys around....

Wow....what a flood of memories. My grandparents would take my cousins my sister and me to Mackinac Island for 2 weeks every summer, and that's what they would pack for us for breakfast...We'd rent a cabin about 50 feet from the lake, up every morning right onto the water to swim, the dogs would be with us.... :yh_sigh
Thanks for bringing back some of the best times of my life, Val!!!
