Latest scoop I heard is that Rosie wouldn't take the job unless Star was

ousted, and Barbara said okay to it.

It will be interesting, because Star does have quite the viewer following.

I only RARELY catch the show any more, and won't watch it at all now

since they hired ROD.

I just cant stand her. Asking for Freebies for her wedding, calling Joy Behar a bitch on national television when she was only tryingt o be funny. Star Jones is an out and out snob and selfish egocentric biotch.

And it is IMHO she has gotten creepier looking since she has lost all that weight. But I have noticed that with many who have lost alot..like Randy Jackson from AI and what's his name the weather guy from the morning show.

Here's my take on Star Jones Reynolds:

1) She's extremely full of herself -- a most unattractive quality to me.

2) I'm offended that she never came out and said she lost her weight through gastric bypass surgery (which is pretty common knowledge). She has *never* admitted it. Said it was through diet and exercise.

I think that stinks. Why not tell the truth? And maybe inspire others in the process? The lack of honesty really bothers me.

3) Her wedding -- it was such a ridiculous, over-the-top, celebrity-infested event! How about remembering that it's really about celebrating the union & love between two people? She got so caught up in the madness of it all.

4) And what's with her marriage anyway? There are lots of rumors about her husband's sexuality. Who knows?

I think she's quite scary looking too.

Apparently, during her interview with Larry King last week, after all the poop hit the fan he did ask about the weight loss. All she would say was that she never lied about having the bypass surgery. She said she needed "medical intervention" and what did people THINK when she said medical intervention? Like we are all either idiots or mind readers.
