Future for Cristiano Ronaldo??

Post by chrisb84uk »

Ok well what with all this talk about him, and his actions as of late, I'm curious as to what all of you think about his future. Do you think he has a hope of staying at Man U, or for that matter even in England??

I think he is going to end up leaving soon, because of all the boos and taunts that will be thrown his way, and he will take off abroad somewhere, taking his diving antics with him.

Sir Alex will tell him "not in my team", he'll score a few goals and the ManU fans will forgive him and it'll be forgotten by Christmas.

Here's the young chap in question Chonsi. He plays for Portugal, you may have seen him if you have been following the World Cup.

I hear that he enjoyed the boos, because he thought that it was from French players that were scared because he was dangerous, when apparently in actual fact it was England supporters who had turned out to show their dislike of the player.

Oh, a soccer player. He must be controversial. No, I didn't watch the match last night, I was at choir/orchestra rehearsal.

Well it is controversial in that he was partially blamed for knocking England out of the World Cup with Portugal, and yet he plays in England for Manchester United, so you can see why there may be a problem.

Choir rehearsal huh, that sounds nice, I hope it went well!!

Yes, the music is the best part of the week. I do not have to conduct the choir, but get to sing now that there is Music Pastor. But I conduct the little orchestra, and for Christmas, a full orchestra. Oh, I am very excited-and scared-I have never conducted a full 40 piece orchestra before. I am afraid I might jump around alot conducting, and not be so serene as they look on performances on TV!:wah:

Hahaha oh I know but Ronaldo thought that he was being booed because of the French fear, but if only he knew. Whether he will be able to get through of all the jeers and boos over the next few months, time will tell. According to him though, he texted Wayne Rooney afterwards and they had a joke about it, we shall see. :sneaky:

Do they serve good beer at these things? They usually only have crappy domestic stuff on tap at sporting events here... Bud or Coors.

Well I have only been to a few games involving my team, but the food was pretty tasty. Don't recall there being any beer on sell though, perhaps that just differs from stadium to stadium.

The controversary was Budweiser was the official beer-with all those good European ones around!

Well, maybe he will get a boot print where the sun don't shine instead...........then the fans won't see it!

As he's on contract to Man Utd he'll have no option but to stay.

He wont be boo'd by the home fans, he will by the opposition, but he always is anyway.

I for one want him to stay, his skills with the ball are amazing & he runs with the ball like the wind.

He may well be booed by the home fans actually but more for being so vocal about moving to Real Madrid than for his part in getting Rooney sent off. I can't wait to see the back of him myself but then i'm not a Man U fan.
