Ok, I am new here and I thought I had everything figured out. I guess I don't. I posted in the introduction forum, and I never saw it come up. i also tried to reply to a thread, and it said I couldn't reply until after I had posted 15 times. Could someone please tell me where all the rules are? I looked at the FAQ, but it didn't seem to help me in this area. Was there something I missed when I joined? I didn't see this.

You usually cannot post a graphic until 15 posts, but everything else should work for you.
